Our Team
With over 25 years of experience in manufacturing and construction, Mark brings extensive industry knowledge and leadership to his role as Managing Director at Padel Build UK. Over the past 15 years, he has specialised in steel product manufacturing, holding senior positions including Contracts manager, General Manager, Operations Director, and Customer Service Director.
Mark is deeply committed to customer service and takes pride in ensuring every client receives an exceptional product and a first-class experience. His hands-on approach and eye for detail align perfectly with the high standards and values Padel Build UK is working to establish as it grows.
Outside of work, Mark is a keen DIY enthusiast with a passion for sport and fitness, and a proud dad to two young daughters.
With over 23 years of experience in the sales and customer service industry, I have developed a strong understanding of how to build lasting client relationships and consistently place the customer at the centre of everything I do.
I am proud to have recently joined Padel Build UK — a leading UK-based manufacturer of premium padel tennis courts — as Sales Manager. In this role, I am responsible for leading and expanding our sales operations nationwide. I work closely with clubs, leisure operators, developers, and private clients to support the rapid growth of padel tennis across the UK.
Professional, driven, and customer-focused, I am committed to delivering not only a world-class product but also a seamless, high-quality experience from initial enquiry through to final installation.
After more than a decade living and working in London, I've returned to Lincolnshire with my wife and newborn son to take on a new chapter with PadelBuild UK. My most recent role was as a shipbroker, negotiating global cargo movements between oil companies and shipowners. It was a fast-paced industry that demanded trust, clear communication, and creative problem-solving—skills I now bring to the world of padel.
Before shipbroking, I spent five years in sports marketing, working with top-tier brands like adidas and HSBC Golf through a leading agency. That early career was shaped by a lifelong passion for sport, which I'm proud to return to now with PadelBuild. As a keen padel player myself, I'm excited to be part of a sport experiencing such dynamic growth and to combine my professional experience with a personal enthusiasm for the game.
Adele Redhead is a Chartered Marketer with over 18 years of B2B marketing experience across sectors like mining, retail, and manufacturing. She's led brand and marketing strategies spanning digital, events, product launches, acquisitions, and corporate communications.
Holding a Level 7 qualification in Marketing Leadership from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Adele brings both strategic insight and hands-on expertise to every project. Her passion for building brands and driving growth will be key to shaping Padel Build UK's presence in a competitive market.
Outside of work, Adele has two children and enjoys family getaways in the caravan.
